Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms apply to OhItsDaneee Soundboard at officialgamershub.com/soundboard, its Twitch extensions and connected stream interactions. Dane Beckman runs the service as OhItsDaneee Soundboard (“we”, “us”). Contact us through the contact page.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data; agreeing to these terms does not remove your privacy or consumer rights.
1. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher age or permission rules in your country and on the connected platform. If you are a minor, get any required permission from a parent or guardian. Only use accounts you are allowed to access. Do not share passwords, recovery codes or sign-in sessions.
2. The service and connected accounts
The service offers streamer-approved sounds, screen overlays, game effects, live community games, chat, challenges, achievements, rankings, community unlocks and crew seasons. Features depend on the stream, enabled settings, connected services, moderation and technical availability. A request is not a guarantee that an effect will play or a challenge will be performed.
You can sign in with Twitch, YouTube or Kick and choose to link them to one Soundboard account. Linking can combine balances and participation records, so check which account is shown before you confirm. We do not control your platform account. Removing its Soundboard connection does not delete your channel.
You can remove a provider’s stored data through Privacy controls. Other provider links and the local points ledger remain. Removing your only sign-in can leave you unable to access the remaining account or balance; link another service first if you want to retain access. A later sign-in does not automatically restore the deleted connection. Full-account and recovery enquiries can be made through the contact page; recovery is subject to reasonable proof of ownership.
Stream chat combines messages from connected platforms for you to read. You cannot reply to YouTube, Twitch or Kick from the website. Arena chat is separate: signed-in players can talk to each other there, but those messages are not sent to platform stream chats.
3. Virtual points, transfers and corrections
Soundboard points are free virtual points for this service. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They are not a bank balance, cryptocurrency, Twitch Channel Points, Bits or KICKs. Do not buy, sell or exchange them for money, outside goods or outside services.
If transfers are enabled, you can send points to other players under the displayed rules and limits, currently up to 100,000 points per transfer. Check the recipient and amount before confirming. Tell us about mistakes so we can review them, but we cannot promise to reverse a transfer. Do not use transfers to get around restrictions, hide points gained through abuse or arrange outside payments.
We may change earning rates, prices, payouts, limits and availability for future play. We may also correct technical errors, duplicate rewards and balances gained through abuse, or investigate suspicious activity. Corrections and restrictions should be fair and proportionate, and you can ask us to review them. We cannot promise a fixed balance, earning rate or future availability.
4. Games, rewards and community features
Games use virtual points and may involve luck, skill, group decisions, joining deadlines and cooldowns. You can lose the points you choose to wager. Read the current game rules and rewards before joining. The server’s confirmed results and transactions decide the outcome; an animation, delayed display or chat message may not show the final result. Report mistakes instead of exploiting them.
Each game may have different rules about who can earn rewards, late arrivals, required participation, minimum players, difficulty and winners. Achievements, seasons and rankings may reset as explained on screen. Points and rankings do not give you a right to money or a physical prize. Any real-world giveaway or promotion needs its own published rules.
Sound suggestions and viewer challenges require moderation. A challenge may be refused, changed with agreement or cancelled for safety, practicality or platform rules. Approved refunds and unlock-goal refunds follow the feature’s rules and verified transaction records.
5. Sounds, screen overlays and game effects
Interactions are optional and controlled by the streamer. They may include sudden sounds, motion, flashing imagery or changes to gameplay. Do not use them to harass a player, intentionally ruin participation or create unsafe conditions. The streamer and moderators can pause or restrict individual effects, games or users.
Requests need the right players, supported game connections and permissions, and must fit queue limits and cooldowns. Points may be held while an effect is waiting. If the system confirms the effect did not happen, those points are returned. If the result is unclear, we may need to check before settling the request. An outage or refund does not promise that the effect will be played later.
6. Chat, submissions and intellectual property
Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, private information, spam, malicious files, impersonation or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not bypass spoiler filters, moderation, access controls, cooldowns or bans, or automate requests without permission.
Only submit sounds, text, artwork or other material you have the rights and permission to share and, where needed, broadcast publicly. You keep ownership of your original work.
You give us non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, review, technically adapt, display and broadcast your submission as reasonably needed to run and moderate the feature you used. This means you can still use your work elsewhere, and we do not owe a usage fee for those purposes. We do not take ownership or gain permission to use it for unrelated advertising. Removing a submission cannot erase copies already in other people’s broadcasts or saved independently by others.
Our site materials and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Report alleged infringement through Copyright or legal notice, identifying the material, its location, the rights involved and how we can reply. Do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
7. Moderation, restrictions and appeals
Authorised moderators may remove messages or submissions, restrict particular features, temporarily suspend participation or permanently ban accounts for abuse, safety, security or legal reasons. Restrictions may cover games, overlays, effects, sound requests or challenges separately. Automated anti-spam and content filters may assist moderation and may make mistakes.
You can request a review through Moderation appeal. Give the affected platform/username, approximate time and relevant context. We may withhold another person’s private information or details that would undermine security. Using new accounts to evade a restriction may lead to further action.
8. Twitch extensions
The Soundboard and leaderboard Twitch extensions use the same service accounts, points and participation records. Sharing your Twitch identity through an extension is optional for browsing public content but is required for actions using your points. Extension actions have the same checks, prices, limits and moderation rules as the website. These extensions do not sell Bits or convert platform currencies into Soundboard points.
9. YouTube, Twitch and Kick platform terms
This service uses YouTube API Services. By using OhItsDaneee Soundboard, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, in addition to these terms.
Connected-platform use must also follow the applicable Twitch Terms of Service and Kick Terms of Service, community rules and account requirements. Their own privacy notices apply to their services. We are an independent stream companion and are not sponsored, endorsed or operated by Twitch, Google, YouTube, Kick or Streamlabs.
10. Donations and third-party links
Optional tips or donations made through linked services are handled by those providers under their terms. A donation does not by itself buy points, guarantee an interaction or override moderation. Any separate offer must be expressly described. We do not receive your full payment-card details through this Soundboard.
Tips on our tip page are optional, one-time payments processed by PayPal after you approve the amount shown. They do not buy goods, site points, better game outcomes or guaranteed stream activity. Your chosen display name and message may appear publicly on stream or in chat and are subject to moderation. We do not announce cancelled, pending or unconfirmed payments as completed tips.
For duplicate, unauthorised or mistaken payments, contact us promptly through the contact form and keep your PayPal transaction reference. We will review your request. Your legal remedies and PayPal dispute rights still apply. PayPal’s User Agreement also applies to its payment service.
11. Availability, changes and fair limitations
We may update, change, pause or stop features, including when the stream is offline or there are platform/API outages or security problems. We take reasonable care when running the service, but cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors or compatible with every device. Keep your own copy of any personal notes you need.
Where the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from unavailable free features, external-platform failures or misuse outside our reasonable control.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
These terms do not remove mandatory protections or lawful remedies available where you live. Please contact us first if a dispute arises; this does not prevent you approaching a regulator or court.
12. Updates and contact
The current terms and update date appear here. We may also highlight important changes on the service. Where the law requires, changes apply only going forward. We will ask for any legally required consent rather than treating a policy update as permission for unrelated data use. Send questions, complaints, privacy requests and legal notices through the contact page.
